We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Nest Investments (Holdings) Ltd which has total assets in excess of USD 5 billion and employs over 2000 people worldwide. Nest has extensive direct insurance and reinsurance underwriting interests located across the Middle East and North Africa.

Simon Radford
Director of Treaty Operations
Simon is responsible for the development, negotiation and placement of a comprehensive and varied range of reinsurance solutions for MIB's Clients.
He specialises in treaty reinsurance programs and all other types of portfolio protection. Simon was one of the founding members of MIB and oversaw our accreditation at Lloyd's in 2004.
Simon has nearly 30 years of experience in the international reinsurance market. During his career he has worked with major London Reinurance brokers where he handled the treaty reinsurance business of clients in the Middle East and Africa.
Atul Sudra
Finance & Operations Director
Atul is a Qualified Accountant and joined MIB in May 2010.
Before joining MIB Atul held a senior finance position at Principle Insurance Holdings prior to which he was Financial Controller at the Portman Building Society.
Mehran Eftekar
Chairman
Mehran has held the role of Group Finance Director of the Nest Group of Companies (the ultimate parent of MIB) since 1995.
Mehran is a UK Qualified Accountant with 30 years of experience in both professional firms and the insurance industry. He serves on a number of Boards within the Nest Group as well as Audit and Risk committees.
